Looks good. I'll make a quick check of the Start menu and dragging.

I built the Windows 95 desktop as a single file, `/tmp/job-xxmv1a/index.html`. I tested it in the browser: the Start menu opens and a window drags correctly. I did not test the other apps, the close button, taskbar minimize/restore, Paint drawing, or Shut Down. - **Desktop:** a teal background with five icons: My Computer, My Documents, Recycle Bin, Notepad and Paint. Double-click an icon to open it. - **Windows:** draggable by the title bar, closable with the ✕ button, and raised to the front when clicked. The active window gets the blue gradient title bar. - **Taskbar:** each open window gets a button. Clicking it focuses the window, or minimizes it if it's already active. - **Start menu:** lists Notepad, Paint, My Computer, Documents and About, plus Shut Down. Clicking elsewhere closes it. - **Clock:** shows the current time and updates every second. - **Extras:** Notepad has a text area and Paint has a freehand canvas. An "About Windows" window opens at startup. The icon labels are a little off: the Notepad icon is labelled "Untitled" instead of "Notepad". The icons are also plain emoji rather than Windows 95 artwork.
